At Reliant, unlike other service providers, we do not charge by the hour for concierge-level service. There are no hidden fees. Any additional fees, if applicable, are discussed up front with the Client because we understand that fees are not simply what is owed for services rendered, but also a reward for hard work, and trust in that work.

Why do we charge a flat fee as opposed to an hourly fee? Most accounting firms charge an hourly fee so they can confine a specific number of working hours to each Client. This means that after those hours are spent, the Client is obligated to pay more money for more hours, and there is always a possibility that a Client who can’t afford to pay for more hours becomes only second priority to another Client who can afford, and who has paid for more hours. We at Reliant believe that a premium flat rate you pay for our concierge-level services across the board will guarantee you our full attention and service whenever it is required. No specific number of hours is budgeted for you and your business.
